provided further, that not less than $25 million shall be expended for the purchase of electric vehicles, including, but not limited to, plug-in hybrid or battery electric light-duty vehicles; provided further, that not less than $10 million shall be expended for the installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure by municipalities; provided further, that not less than $90 million shall be expended for the purchase of electric vehicles including, but not limited to, battery electric or plug-in hybrid electric buses and battery electric or plug-in hybrid electric light-duty vehicles; provided further, that not less than $45 million shall be expended for the purchase of charging infrastructure for buses and light-duty vehicles…..$180 million
