Leading Parties II

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in SECTION 3, in line 21, after the word "party." by adding the following words:- "Not less than 1 commissioner shall be from one of the two leading political parties."
