Amendment #1 to H4099

Relative to oversight by the State Comptroller

Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following:-

SECTION 3. Section 1 of chapter 75 is hereby amended by inserting in line 15 after the words “chapter fifteen A” the following:- “, chapter 7A”.
