Michlewitz Amendment

Mr. Michlewitz of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 by striking, in line 91, the words “annual financial screening report” and inserting in place thereof the following:- annual financial report or statement, required pursuant to section 8F of chapter 12.

And moves to further amend the bill in said section 2 by striking, in line 92, the word “screening”.
