Mr. Garballey of Arlington moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 5046-0000, by adding the following: “provided that the department shall expend no less than $50,000 for the The Children’s Room located in the Town of Arlington”; and in said item, by striking out the figures “$5,800,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$5,850,000”.
