Ms. Miranda of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2IIIII, in line 413, by inserting at the end thereof the following: "; provided that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Cabo Verdean Cultural Center Feasibility Commission established in Section 136 of Chapter 47 of the Acts of 2017";
