Amendment #44 to H4127

Restaurant Promotion Commission

Mr. McMurtry of Dedham moves to amend the bill by adding the following two sections:

SECTION XX. Item 7008-1024 of section 2 of said chapter 41 of the Acts of 2019 is hereby amended by striking out the following date "March 16, 2020" and inserting in place thereof the date "April 30, 2020".

SECTION XX. Chapter 49 of the Acts of 2019 is hereby amended by striking out the following date "January 31, 2020" and inserting in place thereof the date "March 16, 2020".
