Amendment #61 to H4127

Relative to the Cape Cod Commission

Mr. Zlotnik of Gardner moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: "SECTION XXXX. Section 12 of Chapter 716 of the Acts of 1989 is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-

(n) Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the provisions of this section shall not apply to the new construction of buildings less than 10,000 square feet."
