Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill SECTION XXXX. Section 2 of chapter 41 of the Acts of 2019 is amended by adding the following:

Section 7004-XXXX. For the continued operation of MassChallenge, not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended.
