Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill by inserting after Section 34 the following section: "SECTION 34A: Item 7008-1116 of said section 2 of said chapter 154 is hereby further amended by inserting at the end "provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to assist the Worcester Department of Public Work’s completion of the construction of the Francis R. Carroll Plaza".
