Evaluating Dual Language Programs

Mr. Vega of Holyoke moves to amend the amendment by inserting in Section 1S, ii, in line 10, after “organizations;” the following: (H) evaluate the value of a dual language program within the district focusing on English and a second language predominate in the community.
