Regional schools transportation costs

Representatives Whelan of Brewster and Crocker of Barnstable move to amend the amendment by inserting the following new section: SECTION XX:  Section 16C of Chapter 71 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking in lines 6-7 the words "to the full extent" and replacing them with the following:- "at least eighty-five percent"; and by further striking the words, "subject to appropriation", in both lines 7-8 and in line 24.
