Amendment #5 to H4137

Regional School Transportation Reimbursement

Ms. Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the amendment by inserting the following section:-

SECTION XX. Section 16C of Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in lines 7 and 8, the words “, subject to appropriation”,

and further by striking, in line 24, the words “, subject to appropriation”.
