Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill , in subsection (a) of section 1, by inserting after the first sentence, the following sentence:

“Prior to the issuance of said license, the licensing authority shall hold a public hearing relative to the suitability of the issuance of said license.”
