Stamping of Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section: SECTION XX. Section 1 of chapter 64C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “fine-cut tobaccos.” the following words:- The provisions of sections twenty-nine to thirty-nine shall apply to electronic nicotine delivery systems.
