Ensuring Onsight Consumption

Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the bill in Section 23, in lines 357 and 358 by striking out the words “smoking bars, as defined in section 22” and inserting place thereof the following words:-

“the sale or distribution by a smoking bar, as defined in section 22, of flavored tobacco products or tobacco product flavor enhancers for on-site consumption”
