Hookah and water pipes

Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 15 in line 95 and in section 23 in line 383 by inserting after the word “purpose” the words “and provided further, that “electronic nicotine delivery system” does not include hookah pipes or water pipes where such devices used for smoking tobacco consist of a tube connected to a container where the smoke is cooled by passing through water.”
