Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 15, in line 122 by inserting after the word "price" the following: "20 per cent of excise on an electronic nicotine delivery system held in the commonwealth to go towards micro business grants for women and minorities start-ups and micro business local hiring employment assistance"
