Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the bill amendment 5 by striking the amendment in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the bill by inserting, after section 3, the following new section:-

SECTION 3A. Subsection (b) of section 5I of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 35, the words “section 1 of chapter 64C” and inserting in place thereof the following:- section 6 of chapter 270.
