Closing EBT Loophole

Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Subsection (b) of section 5I of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 34, the words “section 1 of chapter 64C” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- subsection (a) of section 6 of chapter 270.
