Amendment #6 to H4502

Worcester Fencing

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX. Item 7008-1110 of section 2 of chapter 41 of the Acts of 2019 is hereby amended by adding the following words: “; provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for fencing at Coes Park in the city of Worcester”.
