Rte. 20 and Elm Street Intersection Improvement Project

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in line item 6121-2117, by adding at the end the following: "; provided further that no less than $2,500,000 for improvements and reconstruction with new signalization of the intersection of Elm Street and Route 20 in West Springfield.
