GLX Phase II Environmental Review

Representatives Barber of Somerville and Garballey of Arlington move to amend the bill in section 2E, in line item 6622-2182, by adding the following: provided further, that $5 million shall be authorized for an Environmental Impact Review for GLX Phase II, to be completed by December 31,2020; and in said item by striking out the figures “$595,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$600,000,000”.
