Upton Water Main

Mr. Muradian of Grafton moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2117, in line 49, by inserting after “projects”  the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $1,500,000 shall be expended for costs associated with the removal and relocation of an existing AC water main for a portion of Grove Street in the Town of Upton."
