Reconstruction of Highland Avenue in Watertown

Representatives Lawn of Watertown and Hecht of Watertown move to amend the bill in section 2, in  item  6122-2124, in line 38, by inserting after “department”  the following: “provided further, that not less than $1,900,000 shall be expended for reconstruction of Highland Avenue in Watertown, including new sidewalks, curbs, and traffic calming to increase the safety of students accessing the Cunniff Elementary School and Middle School”.
