Upton Wastewater Main

Mr. Muradian of Grafton moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2117, in line 49, by inserting after “projects”  the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for extending the current wastewater main under Grove Street for servicing proposed buildings in the Town of Upton.”
