Church Street Extension in Northbridge

Mr. Muradian of Grafton moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2117, in line 49, by inserting after “projects”  the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for enhancing circulation, reducing congestion and improving pedestrian safety on the Church Street Extension in the Town of Northbridge.”
