Amendment #152 to H4506

MassDOT Board Agenda

Mr. McGonagle of Everett moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX. Section 2 of Chapter 6C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (f) the following new subsection:--

(f 1/2) The board shall be provided the agenda and any associated documents and presentations at least one week prior to any meeting of the board.  Such agenda and information shall also be made publicly available on the MassDOT website at least one week prior to any meeting of the board.  Any matter not on the agenda provided to the board at least one week prior to a Board meeting shall be considered or voted upon only with the consent or approval of the board.
