Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6121-2117 in line 49, by inserting after "projects" the following" ; provided further that not less than $1,000,000 be expended for the construction of a traffic signal for the intersection of Route 3A and Mann Lot Road in the Town of Scituate
