Road Improvements in Southbridge

Mr. Durant of Spencer moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2117, in line 49, by inserting after “projects”  the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the engineering, design and reconstruction of Guelphwood Rd in the Town of Southbridge.”
