Amendment #2 to H4506

Advancement of Route 1 Project

Ms. Vincent of Revere moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in line item 6121-2117, by adding at the end the following:

"; provided further, that no less than $25,000,000 shall be expended for the reconstruction and widening of the bridge over the Town Line Brook after Copeland Circle on state highway Route 1 and for the reconfiguration of the junction of Route 1 and Route 99.”

; and further, in the same section and same line item, by striking the number “$1,750,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following new number:- “$1,775,000,000.”
