RTA Seats on MPO

Ms. Hogan of Stow moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:--

“SECTION XXXX.  In section 3, subsection 3, of Chapter 6C of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after “23 USC Section 302” the following: “and Section 134 including ensuring that the MetroWest Regional Transit Authority and the Cape Ann Transportation Authority are included as members, with full voting rights, on the Boston Metropolitan Planning Organization.”
