Representatives Livingstone of Boston, Moran of Boston, Connolly of Cambridge and Honan of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2G, in line item 6720-2127, in line 200, by inserting after the word "Boston" the following; "; provided that a West Station connection to North Station with a minimal terminus at Kendall Square in the City of Cambridge along the Grand Junction Rail Line is operational by 2030 with service comprised of electric multiple unit trains, electric buses, or the most efficient technologically advanced zero or low emission mass transit service.”
