Haverhill Transportation Alliance

Representatives Vargas of Haverhill, Campbell of Methuen, Minicucci of North Andover and Mirra of West Newbury move to amend the bill in section 2I, in item 6921-2110, in line 220, by adding the following words at the end: ; provided further, that not less than $50,000 be expended for the Haverhill Transportation Alliance, to be administered by the Haverhill Young Men's Christian Association.
