West Station Operational Benchmarks

Representatives Moran of Boston and Honan of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2G, in line item 6720-2127, in line 200, by inserting after the word "Boston" the following; "; provided that West Station is operational with local bus service and 20 minute peak headway commuter rail service within one year of construction commencement".
