West Station Fully Operational

Representatives Moran of Boston and Honan of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2G, in line item 6720-2127, in line 200, by inserting after the word "Boston" the following: "; provided that West Station is fully operational by 2030 with no mid-day layup area".
