Maintain Two Tracks on the Framingham/Worcester Commuter Rail Line during Construction

Representatives Moran of Boston and Honan of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2G, in line item 6720-2127, in line 200, by inserting after the word "Boston" the following; "; provided that two tracks on the Framingham/Worcester Commuter Rail Line are maintained during construction with no reduced service".
