Amendment #3 to H4506

Re-Establishment of Route 16 East & Route 1A South Connection at Railroad Ave

Ms. Vincent of Revere moves to amend the bill in section 2C, in line item 6121-2137, by adding at the end the following:

"; provided further, that no less than $15,000,000 shall be expended for the reconstruction and widening of the Railroad Avenue Bridge at Route 16 East and Route 1A South.”

; and further, in the same section and same line item, by striking the number “$1,250,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following new number:- “$1,265,000,000.”
