Emergency vehicle pre-emption devices for the Town of Westport

Mr. Schmid of Westport moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2117, in line 49 by inserting after "projects" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be expended for the purchase and installation of an Opticom Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption (EVP) system for eight intersections along Routes 88, 6, and 177 within the town of Westport".
