Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend section 3, in line 35, after “valuation;” by adding the following: “any individual commuting more than 40 miles for work with an annual income under $75,000 per year may deduct commuting expenses on their state income taxes"
