Mr. Kafka of Stoughton moves to amend the bill in section 2D, in item 6621-2117, in line 82, by inserting after “any” the following: "provided further, not less than $4,000,000 shall be spent on improvements to the roadways and parking on both the inbound and outbound sides of the Sharon train station"
