OptiCom System for Police, Fire, and EMS in the Town of Auburn

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2117, in line 49, by inserting after “projects”  the following:- “; provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for upgrades to the OptiCom System for Police, Fire, and EMS in the Town of Auburn.”
