Amendment #38 to H4506

Southeast Expressway HOV Lane Study

Mr. Cutler of Pembroke moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall review traffic and ridership data in the HOV lane of the Southeast Expressway to determine if an expansion or modification of HOV service hours is warranted; and shall report back such recommendations to the Legislature no later than March 1, 2021.”.
