Reconstruction of McKinstry Pond Dam & Road in the Town of Oxford

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2117, in line 49, by inserting after “projects”  the following:- “; provided further, that no less than $700,000 shall be expended for the reconstruction of McKinstry Pond Dam & Road in the Town of Oxford.”
