Amendment #4 to H4506

Route 1 Sound Barriers

Ms. Vincent of Revere moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in line item 6121-2117, by adding at the end the following: "; provided further, that no less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for a sound barrier along state highway Route 1, northbound and southbound, from Copeland Circle to Route 16 in the City of Revere.”

; and further, in the same section and same line item, by striking the number “$1,750,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following new number:- “$1,755,000,000.”
