Route 6- Bass River Bridges

Mr. Whelan of Brewster moves to amend the bill in Section 2C, in item 6121-2137, by inserting after the word "item" in line 72, the following: "; provided further that no less than $750,000 shall be expended for a comprehensive bridge safety inspection and survey of the Route 6 bridges passing over the Bass River in the Towns of Yarmouth and Dennis, to include examining the effect of restricted tidal flow on nitrogen loading in bodies of water north of the existing structure.”
