Route 137 in Brewster flooding mitigation

Mr. Whelan of Brewster moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2117, in line 49, by inserting after the word "projects" the following: "; provided further that not less than $300,000 be expended for roadway flooding mitigation on Route 137 in the Town of Brewster, in the area between Routes 6A and Route 124."
