Amendment #431 to H4506

Tewksbury Route 38/Pleasant St Signalization Plan

Representatives Robertson of Tewksbury and Nguyen of Andover move to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-2117 by adding the following language:- “; provided further, that $500,000 shall be expended for a design, study and survey for signalization at the intersection of route 38 and Pleasant street in the town of Tewksbury”.
