Mr. Whelan of Brewster moves to amend the bill in section 2I, in item 6921-2110, in line 220, by inserting after the word "services" the following: "; provided further that not less than $500,000 be expended for a feasibility and engineering study to examine increasing the size, and number of available parking spaces, of the Park and Ride area at the intersections of Route 6 and 132 in the Town of Barnstable."
