Safety improvements to Route 28 in Randolph

Representatives Driscoll of Milton and Cusack of Braintree move to amend the bill in section 2A, in line 6121-2117, in line 49, by inserting after “projects” the following: "; provided that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended for safety improvements, traffic management, and mutlimodal improvements for Route 28 in the town of Randolph.
